You must perform the requested maintenance only once on the account that requires it.
After this you must clear your browser's cache.
If you use Internet Explorer, the way to clear your cache is as follows:
Menu > Tools / Internet Options
In the tab: "General", press the "Delete cookies" button, then "OK" > "Delete files" > "OK"
Restart your PC.
If the problem persists, you will have to wait for your ISP to refresh its caching devices.
