If I put AtlanticaDigital as the administrative entity and/or technical contact, does it mean that the domain does not belong to me but to AtlanticaDigital?

No, the domain belongs to the person or entity registering. This person or entity will be the only one with the capacity to make future changes. Any procedure initiated on the domain must be approved by this person through the email that will be indicated from time to time as the email account of the person or entity registering.
In other words, neither AtlanticaDigital nor any other individual and/or company will be able to make changes that does not approve the registrant.
