You can show your profile picture or your company logo to email recipients who use Gmail by creating a Google account with your personalized email address.
Follow this link and click Create an account:
Enter your first and last name. Next, instead of entering your Gmail address, click Use my current email address and enter your personalized email. Create a password, confirm it and click Next:
Verify your email address by entering the verification code. Then complete your account verification.
Finally, click on the image icon in the upper right corner and upload the profile image you want to use following these guidelines: Add a logo to Google Workspace:
That's all! Once you complete these steps, all recipients using Gmail will see this new logo for messages you send them. It will be visible in Gmail for both new and previously sent messages.
