Can I use Ghostscript on shared hosting plans?

Ghostscript is a software package that allows you to convert PostScript files to PDF.

It is essential to use some special functions of Moodle, such as making annotations directly on assignment deliveries.

This software package is not safe for shared environments (e.g. Mini, e-commerce, company, corporate, resellers or semi-dedicated) so it can only be installed on VPS or dedicated servers.
