This article indicates how to unsubscribe or cancel a service registered with AtlanticaDigital.net.
From here we will NOT be able to cancel a service contracted from another company. To do this, you must contact the company where you contracted the service.
To cancel a service registered with AtlanticaDigital.net, you must simply follow the following steps:
- Enter the client area from https://clientes.atlanticadigital.net/clientarea.php
- Click on the "Services - My Services" menu.
- Click on the "Active" button of the service to cancel.
- There, on the left menu of the page you will see a button indicating "Request Cancellation", click there. Indicate a brief description of the reason for canceling the service and then click on "Request Cancellation."
Please note that this cancellation will take place within 24 hours. after the request, so if you need to make backups or backup copies of your site, we recommend that you do them before requesting the cancellation.
With the cancellation of the service, ALL account information is deleted from the server.
